SONY VAIO PCG-7181M - no picture

This is my first post on this forum. I am sorry when i made mistake on this topic.

To my service come SONY VAIO PCG-7181M (VGN-NW21SF/S) laptop.

His failure is the lack of image. When i push power button laptop start. I put a new GPU DC10 and reprogrammed the BIOS. But still no picture. Diagnostic card indicates the expectation of CLK.

I checked RAM and CPU

Laptop has:

TPS51120 converter provides voltage:

N.12: 4.5V

n.30: 2V

Is it possible that the problem is NB?
