Please only buy if you have experience replacing BGA chips. It takes extended technical skills as well as a BGA rework station to fit these chips. Furthermore we ask you to only buy this item if you have experience with NVIDIA chips, and know how to recognize the fake Chinese remarked chips and how to recognize brand new revised NVIDIA chips.
Please mind:
- Remarked chips don't have sharp edges on the mirror. They have been polished to remove and change the date and batch code.
- Revised chips (chips with the good underfill - produced after 0850) have a batch code ending with R.
- Listings saying "with balls" or "tested OK" are mostly fake chips. Ofcourse the chip comes with balls! And why would you test a brand new chip? Honestly, our chips are NOT tested, because there is NO need at all. We DO guarantee you it will work for a long time! If not, we will replace or refund you!
- We actually used many of this exact batch chips for our repairs. We give 12 months warranty to the customers that have this chip replaced by us. If fitted correctly, it should actually never die again!
